Ah Venice

There are many places in the world that make you go Ah…. and Venice is one of them… most definitely.. Even Indiana Jones (looking for the cup of everlasting life) could only mutter ‘Ah Venice’ as he stepped off the boat… We have been fortunate enough to have been twice and it doesn’t disappoint. Built in a lagoon this little city, its roads navigated by canal boat, built an empire stretching far and wide, as a trading port between western Europe and the byzantine empire….
