Motoroaming Conditions of Sale

All products and services on this website are sold subject to the Conditions of Sale set out below, and in conjunction with our main Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Nothing mentioned in these Conditions affects your statutory rights. By purchasing from our website, it is accepted that you agree with the following Conditions of Sale:

1. Definitions
1.1 ‘Distance selling’ means any item sold to you by us through telephone, email, fax or via our website;
1.2 ‘Products’ mean any physical or digital item we sell in our online store;
1.3 ‘Digital products’ are those delivered online via our website or email and may include an e-book, online course or virtual training;

2. Product descriptions
2.1 Every effort is taken to ensure that the products supplied are described as accurately as possible on our website. However please bear in mind the following:

(a) We reserve the right to make any changes to the product specifications and any other changes where necessary.

3. Orders
3.1 All orders that you place on the website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Conditions of Sale. Your order becomes binding once we have accepted it;
3.2 Please follow the onscreen instructions taking you through the process of placing an order on the website. Place the order for your products from ‘Your Basket’ or by clicking ‘Checkout’ on the top navigation bar and in doing so you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated as well as any applicable delivery charges;
3.3 An order acknowledgement email will be sent to you detailing the products you have ordered;
3.4 Once we have accepted your order it becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation. Non-acceptance of an order by us will occur if: the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable; we identify a pricing or product description error; or we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment;
3.5 If you have ordered a custom product, the final acceptance of your order will occur when you receive a confirmation note from us or on dispatch of the products, whichever is the earlier, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with these Conditions of Sale;
3.6 We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may suspend or refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion;
3.7 It is your responsibility to check that all details of your order, such as specifications, measurements, dimensions, product features, access and delivery, are correct and suitable to your requirements prior to placing your order to avoid additional charges.

4. International orders
4.1 We are not responsible for currency rates or exchange rates, so prices shown are dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, which cannot be controlled by the Rebel Interiors;
4.2 While we will complete the relevant customs forms for our courier or mail service, you are solely responsible for any taxes or customs charges once the item reaches your country;
4.3 Please contact us for a quote for delivery charges and to ensure we can deliver to your country BEFORE making your purchase.

5. Order Cancellation
5.1 Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 days in which to cancel your order and receive a full refund, no questions asked;
5.2 If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible on either or via email at, quoting your NAME, ORDER NO & ADDRESS;
5.3 If the item has already been dispatched, we will endeavour to cancel the delivery. However, it that is not possible, please follow the returns process below.

6. Returns

6.1 Register your return by emailing us to confirm your request to return at;
6.2 Once we have authorised the return, please pack and return your item in its original unused condition, in packaging it came in, along with a note giving your NAME, ORDER NO & ADDRESS so we can identify you, within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. Any items returned without the correct information may not be refunded;

7. Conditions of Return
7.1 The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed;
7.2 We are unable to refund any delivery charges, duties and/or taxes that you may have paid as a result of your purchase, unless in accordance with your statutory rights;
7.3 A full refund will be given when the request to return is made within 14 days from receipt of delivery;
7.4 A credit note will be issued if the request to return is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery;
7.5 We reserve the right to make a charge, not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods, if you do not return them, if they are not in original condition or have been used, or if they are returned at our expense;
7.6 Please note SALE items are non-refundable unless faulty. You may return items in the sale for a credit note. Please note sale items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery;
7.7 Gift Vouchers and digital products are strictly non-refundable.

8. Faulty or damaged items
8.1 Please check your item as soon as it is delivered. If the outer box/packaging is visibly damaged on receipt, it is essential you sign for it as damaged with the courier;
8.2 Check your item immediately as any delay may prevent you from receiving a refund and/or replacement;
8.3 If you believe the item to be of an unsatisfactory quality, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible and treat the product with care while your claim is being investigated;
8.4 Please email us first and let us know what’s happened within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing you must include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement or a refund for you;
8.5 DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us first;
8.6 Refunds will be made through the same payment method as you paid for the item;
8.7 We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card;
8.8 All orders will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt of your return. Refunds may take up to 5 days to clear in your account.

9. Delivery services and rates
9.1 UK Standard delivery for smaller items is £4.95 which can be expected to take 3-5 working days.
9.2 Scottish Islands, Channel Islands & Isle of Man delivery costs will cost more.;
9.3 On occasion, some orders may incur additional delivery charges due to weight and size. In this instance, we will contact you directly once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped;
9.4 If your present is a gift and you would like it wrapped (with the price removed!) please let us know and we’ll be happy to oblige.

12. Risk and title
12.1 All title, ownership and risk to the ordered Products will pass to you when they have been delivered to you. Once the Products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for them.

14. Governance
14.1 These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
